My girl bought me the DS 2821 white serie’s about 2 month’s ago from a Belks store outside of Atlanta Georgia on a trip up there from Savannah where we live. I am a truck driver , egional and I use this alot sitting at customer’s and went we go offshore fishing, camping trip’s, hiking and etc.etc. We both love the player alot and are looking to upgrade and but my kid’s one each for Christmas but we are unable to find them here in Savannah Georgia. Are you able to locate a dealer here in town are close to us please? Thank’s for a great product, we payed only 26 dollar’s for it and it put’s my kid’s I pod’s to shame in size and battery endurance plus it’s easier to work with. Thank you again for any help.
hello, i am emailing to notify you that i bought a mp3 player from you (a white ds 821) and it is broken,, i was wondering if their is a warranty on it and if so is there anything i can do. the mp3 player will no longer turn on or light up. thank you.

Is there a driver for windows XP. I get a message that this driver that came with my 2861 mp3 player should not be installed on my computer it may corrurt system. Please give a solution or should I return product to store.
ANSWER:
If you have the driver cd, it should be fine for Windows XP.
I am pretty sure the message you are getting is a standard
Windows warning pop-up about executable files. If that is the case,
you will be fine continuing the installation at that point.
Installing ANY application or executable file has a slight risk
of corrupting Windows. These warnings are mainly aimed toward
downloaded programs and applications that are from unknown
or untrusted sources.

There are no manuals available in Spanish at this time.
The DS 821 (2821) works fine but the operation manual is horrible as the English translation is not understandable. The operation manual should be rewritten by someone whose first language is English, not Chinese, and published on your web site for downloading. The current download is the identical bad translation as the one I got in the package.

Is there a driver for the DS 2852 for Windows Vista? The one that came in the package will not run on my computer.

ANSWER:
The mini cd is included mostly for the video conversion tools.
If you are getting invalid format errors you may have to convert your files to ones of the formats mentioned. There are conversion tools on the CD included with your unit to do this.
Note: You should NOT have to install drivers on any Windows operating system except Windows 98 or later
The DS801 should plug-n-play on any Windows based system (except Windows 98 or earlier).
1 - Connect your unit via USB
2 - Navigate to “Computer” or “My Computer” and you should see a “Removable Disk” (usually E: or F: Drive).
3 - Copy & Paste or Drag & Drop files to this “Removable Disk” and they will be copied to your unit.
