Aloha, Got your model # ds dvr 84 pen camera recorder.
I was able to record sound, but no video at all, just colored lines on Windows Media. Your direction booklet has very poor English. I do not have power point, so today when I googled you co. name your site directed me to download a windows patch, my lap top went bunkers. I think it is because no power point?? Any Help in this patch?

P.S. I used the sound part works very well at a meeting it ran 90 minutes till battery died.

This pen/dvr is awesome. Although I haven’t really maxed out how long it will run the clarity is awesome for it’s size. The pen is supposed to be refillable, is it? Where can I get the refills. Thanks.

Help!

The first recording was superb. I couldn’t believe it was so much better than expected. But the next recording… when I played it back only showed the first recording again! I also looked for it at the END of the first recording which wasn’t long at all… but there was some sort of error message at the end …and the second recording never appeared! What happened?

1. Why won’t it record over what was there? Please tell me what I need to do.

2. It is recommended that after the first recording the battery is depleted. Please tell me how to do deplete the battery and know that it is depleted.

3. Also please tell me about how long it takes to charge the battery on the computer and also on the outlet charger. please.. On the computer it was over two hours and still blinking yellow. On the AC charger, there are no instructions about the red and yellow lights, so I charged it 2 hours and the red light was on when I went to get it. Was that good or bad? I took it and used it for my second recording and nothing happened.

4. How will I know when the unit has crashed? Are there only certain reasons to reset it? Has mine crashed and I need to reset it? Does it erase everything when I reset it?

5. When I push the button to turn it on, nothing really happens, Then I hold it down longer and the yellow light comes on
and without pushing it again, the blue light comes on automatically after the yellow. Since the instructions do not describe this, is something wrong with my unit and I need to return it?

6. on my second recording, the light was blue and I left it in a well lighted position and everything seemed fine. I wanted to try and deplete the battery, and left it in that position with the blue light on. Hours later when I retreived it, the blue light was off but there was no new video. Please help me understand what happened.

7. I thought this was 4GB when I bought it but I see now that it says 2GB and 8GB. How do I set it for what I want? Or am I mistaken?

8. I used the disk and there was nothing on it but the same tiny bit of information in the package. Not enough. It said the disk had more information. Do i have a bad disk or how can I get more information on how to use the settings?

9. I can’t figure out how to use the skin tool that looks like a radio. Many of the buttons are grayed out and I get nothing when I click them. Please tell me how to use the tool.

10. Some window popped up and said that I only have 9 more experiences with something like windvd or something. Then it took me to a page to buy other things, and upgrades, but I just bought this and I thought it was all I needed! Please explain.

11. I just downloaded the fix yourwebsite said I would need to play the videos on media player, but I read the reviews and am afraid it won’t work now. I need your help. Please email me at Justicewins@yahoo.com and help me with all my questions.

12. By by description do you think I have a defective unit? Please advise.

Great product! Performs far better than I expected. Sound and picture are excellent. One question though. How do you change or turn on/off the time date stamp?
