The Delstar DV 5400 is a high performance portable digital audio/video player with a large bright 3.5” color screen. It functions as a Digital TV tuner, e-book reader, calendar viewer, picture viewer, Mp3 player, Video Player, Game Player and has a built-in Microphone for Voice Recording. Its ATSC digital tuner will allow you to receive Digital signals. It is very small and easy to carry. Additionally, you can use the Micro SD card slot to expand your storage memory and/or move files via Micro SD cards.

It has great sensitivity, even with the built-in antenna: even better with the included external antenna.
That said, my model does not receive the primary programming from the major broadcasters in Houston even though I get a strong signal; only the secondary programming and smaller broadcasters.
I contacted the Delstar technical support and was told that there is a bug in the chip that decodes the digital channels, and it cannot convert those broadcasting in high definition: only low definition.
All other functions work as advertised, and this will be a great unit once the HD issue is resolved!!
